Dress Code:

NEET 2017 made national headlines for its instructions about the dress code to be followed. This year, a detailed circular on the dress code for both male and female candidates are put forth in NEET notification.

For Male Candidates:

  1. Light color half-sleeve clothes without big buttons.
  2. Sandals/ Slippers with low heels. Shoes are forbidden.
  3. Kurta- Pyjama is restricted.

For Female Candidates:

  1. Salwar/ Kurti with half sleeves. Saree cannot be worn.
  2. Only lens/specs prescribed by the doctor are allowed.
  3. The hair can be tied in small rubber bands as hair clips are strictly banned.
  4. No jewelry except Mangal Sutra is permitted.
